He has pioneered in building strengths focused customer centric culture in several leading organizations. He help people create unique roadmap for success through their innate strengths. He instituted strengths-based global Business Analysts and Consulting Practice and received Innovation Award from the CEO for introducing breakthrough human engineering approach in a Top5 IT company.
